During our two hours together, you'll: Discover how dream incubation works and how to create a meaningful question or intention Learn simple ways to remember and record what comes through your dreams Create your own handmade dream journal using a kit mailed to you before the workshop Develop a personal dream incubation practice you can use that very night You don't need experience with dreamwork—and you don't need to remember your dreams every night.
