About Beth
I believe dreams are among our oldest and most accessible sources of wisdom.
For centuries, people have turned to dreams for guidance, healing, creativity, and insight. Yet many of us have been taught to dismiss dreams as meaningless or random. My work begins with a different assumption: that dreams matter, and that paying attention to them can deepen our understanding of ourselves and our lives.
For nearly a decade, I have been studying and practicing dream work. My approach draws on Jungian psychology, the teachings of Jeremy Taylor, and the rich tradition of working with dreams as sources of personal and collective wisdom. Rather than searching for a single "correct" interpretation, I help people approach their dreams with curiosity and respect, exploring the symbols, stories, and emotions that emerge and trusting that meaningful insight arises through the process.
I hold a Master of Divinity degree from Lancaster Theological Seminary and have studied dream work through The Haden Institute, This Jungian Life Dream School, and The Jung Platform. Through one-on-one sessions, dream circles, workshops, and retreats, I help people develop a deeper relationship with their dreams and discover the gifts, insight, and healing they may hold. I live in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley with two cats who seem to consider sleeping a spiritual discipline and dreaming serious work.
